You Can Eat & Cleanse! 🍎🥦
- Start 1 to 3 days before your appointment 🗓️
- No fasting needed! 🚫🥗
- Focus on 90% fruit and vegetables in every meal 🍉🥒
- Choose easy-to-digest foods with lots of water 💧
The Most Important Time — 24 Hours Before 🕒
- Proper preparation during this time makes a big difference!
What to eat (if needed):
- Carbohydrates: small palm-sized portions (potatoes🥔, bread🥖, rice🍚, noodles🍜)
- Protein: seafood🦞, fish🐟, tofu🧊 — moist and in small portions
- Eggs: up to 2 per week 🍳
- Dairy: 1 tablespoon🧈 (avoid heavy melted or cream cheese)
- Desserts: small amounts are okay 🍰
Digestion times to remember:
- Fruits: 2–4 hours 🍎⏱️
- Vegetables: 4–6 hours 🥕⏱️
- Carbohydrates: 6–12 hours 🍞⏱️
- Meats: 12–48 hours 🍗⏱️ (avoid during series)
Tips to Boost Your Cleansing ✨🧘♀️
- No liquids 1 hour before treatment 🚱
- Stick to your 90% fruit and vegetable diet — smoothies are great! 🍹🥝
- Drink 1 quart of fresh vegetable juice throughout the day 🥬🥕. It helps release toxins and supports your body!
What to Avoid 🚫
- Fruit juice with high fructose corn syrup 🥤
- Dehydrated foods 🌾🚫
- All meats, chicken, turkey, legumes (beans) 🌭🚫
- Nut butters & nuts (small amount OK) 🥜🚫
- Heavy or gassy foods like bagels 🥯🚫
