Our forty-eight-hour cancellation policy helps us meet every client’s needs. When you do not let us know that you will not be able to make it within this time frame, it takes away from those who truly need these beneficial treatments. We are open five days a week to serve you so remember, please be courteous.
Colonic Center Miami’s forty-eight-hour cancellation policy states that if you do not coincide with these rules and grant us forty-eight hours of notice, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment as a result of your negligence. When you book an appointment, you give Colonic Center Miami the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of the treatment. In the event that you do not meet these guidelines, your appointment will be forfeited.
As well, appointments are scheduled on the hour and when you do not arrive on time, it may cause other clients to run off schedule. The treatments generally last 35-40 minutes; therefore, any client who does not arrive within 5-10 minutes of their scheduled time will either be penalized for that time or we may be forced to reschedule the appointment depending on the time frame. Arriving 15 minutes late will forfeit your appointment.
As a courtesy, our online booking system sends you a reminder text message, along with an email, 72 hours prior to your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, this would be the ideal time.
Clients who continuously arrive late will kindly be asked to find another location for their colon hydrotherapy needs. We understand the trivialities of life and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please try and do your best to assist us in helping you as well.
